To request a refund, please contact us at support@tagrigger.com within 30 days of your original purchase date. Please include your order number and the email address used during the checkout process.
Our payment processing and order fulfillment are handled by our authorized reseller, PayPro Global, Inc. Once we approve your refund request, PayPro Global will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
Refunds will not be granted if requested more than 30 days after the purchase date. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect abuse of our policy (e.g., repeated purchasing and refunding).
