By downloading, installing, or using TagRigger, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the software.
TagRigger (developed by PE Malyhin Maksym Serhiiovych) grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the application strictly in accordance with these terms. The PRO version requires a valid license key purchased through our authorized reseller.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller PayPro Global, Inc. PayPro Global, Inc. is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. PayPro Global provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns regarding payments.
The application, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by PE Malyhin Maksym Serhiiovych and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
TagRigger is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall PE Malyhin Maksym Serhiiovych be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.
